About Us

Movement is a group exercise cross training studio for every body type and fitness level. Whether you’re a beginner, or you’ve been working out for years, we promise you’ll find a fun and challenging environment.

Our goal is to make you stronger. We know that we all come in different shapes and sizes, and we want to honor that and meet you where you are. Whether your goal is be able to play on the floor with your kid, run a marathon, or anything in between, we are here to help you achieve it.

 
 

We’re a body positive studio, and we embrace all sizes. If body shame has kept you from joining a workout program, we hope you find a fitness home at Movement. Taking the first step can be intimidating, but know that everyone is here to make you feel welcomed and accepted into the Movement community.
