The first thing you need to know is Classes at Movement are a lot like people, unique, fun, and no two are alike. We have a diverse instructor team who take pride in creating fun, innovative, and effective classes.
BOOKING YOUR CLASS:
At Movement, we use MINDBODY software to schedule our classes, so you’ll need to create a MINDBODY account to book a class. You can download the app to your smart phone to make scheduling easier.
First, locate Movement through the search bar. Then click the schedule, and pick your class. You’ll use your MINDBODY account to choose the package that’s right for you and complete sign-up.
Your first class is always free.
WHAT TO WEAR:
If you've booked a yoga, pilates, or barre class, yoga-like attire is perfect. Many of our clients choose to wear leggings and tanks tops for these classes. Shoes are optional, although most prefer to take these classes in bare feet or in yoga socks.
If you've booked a bootcamp, MetCon, TRX, or Pound class (especially in summer months), we recommend dressing as cool as your comfort level. For some that means leggings and a tank top while others prefer to wear shorts and a crop. Tennis shoes are required for these class as portions of your class may be outdoors.
WHEN YOU ARRIVE:
An instructor will greet you and set you up with the equipment needed for class. This is the time to let your instructor know if you're experiencing any pain or recovering from a surgery or injury.
